The Body Literacy 8 Week Immersion

$1,600.00

Following the Initial Consultation & Bodywork Session, this guided immersion supports clients through the Recognition, Recalibration, and Integration phases of The Body Literacy Method.

Through consistent therapeutic care, the process is designed to uncover deeper compensation patterns, support nervous system regulation, improve resilience, and create more sustainable long-term change within the fascia and overall ecosystem of the body.

This work is not based on chasing symptoms or providing isolated one-time sessions. Healing is often non-linear and must be approached with consistency, participation, and a willingness to understand the deeper patterns contributing to dysfunction, tension, pain, or limitation within the body.

Because of the depth and layered nature of this work, The Body Literacy Method is designed to function best as a series-based process in which clients commit to the progression and understand the broader scope of care involved.

Each body responds differently based on individual history, stress patterns, injury history, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, movement habits, and lived experiences held within the body over time. For some clients, one immersion may create significant progression. For others, additional phases of work may be recommended depending on where the body is within the process and what continues to unfold through treatment.

The goal is not temporary relief alone, but deeper awareness, integration, resilience, and long-term change.
